Return policy:

Normal return time is 2 weeks upon received by customer but some parts are not returnable

Electrical parts can not returnable due to safety of the parts

Every returnable item is subject to 40% of sold price for restocking

Special orders are not returnable but Obsolete will help to resale to another customer with a mutually aggregable terms with additional charges.

Very exceptional circumstance Specific parts can be returnable with restocking fee with full discretion and final decision will be Obsolete Automotive .

If a part is damaged during shipping a customer should comply the return method and policies given by shipping company and notified when the item is received time(customer required to check packaging and parts when received). If a customer didn’t inform Obsolete Automotive and shipping company within specified given time(time the customer received from shipping company) then no return can be done for damaged items.

Customer should check all parts as soon as received and inform any discrepancies to obsolete within 24 hours. with reference information such as name, phone number order number, received time and explain the discrepancy through the below stated contact methods such as call or email.
